Healthiest Dining in NYC

We get it, you go out to restaurants to eat (or order in) a lot. We do too. It is so easy and available in NYC. And so much of our social lives includes meeting friends out for dinners. But, no doubt, eating out is hard on your body. Ingredients are usually conventional, commercial and low quality. Plus, chefs are heavy with the table salt, butter and sugar. That’s what makes your food taste extra good….

So, when we can, we like to choose restaurants that serve the food we feel good about eating: wild caught seafood, grass fed meats and local and/or organic produce.

As we discover more places, we’ll keep adding to this list. We will also add in our favorite dishes from each spot.
