Yes! Almost every recipe in our Nourishment Recipe Book is under 30 minutes, 1 pot, etc. Some recipes take under 5 minutes. We created these recipes for the busy person who wants to nail their wellness goals with simplicity and deep cellular nourishment.

We believe that life is better when food is not just fuel but also delicious, satisfying, and easy to make. We don’t believe in deprivation, rather we believe in NOURISHMENT. We hope you and your family love the recipes. Our kids also enjoy all of these recipes.
