Chocolate Avocado Superfood Pudding

Chocolate Avocado Superfood Pudding

Easter is over, time to put away the candy and get healthy! Antioxidant rich, no refined sugars, dense nutrients and healthy omega 3 fats. Yes this is dessert you and your kids can feel good about! This vegan and gluten free treat, takes 3 minutes to make. Move over ice cream, this is something better to feed yourself and your family.

We make this so many ways! Here are two of our favorite recipes. Get creative. We  added chia, hemp and ground flax for added nutrients. Beautiful edible organic roses, make for a lovely presentation too.  Enjoy!
