Green Detox Soup with Bonebroth:
4 cups of chicken bonebroth (we love Nit Noi in CT or Brodo in NYC, you can also buy Brodo frozen at WholeFoods)
2 handfuls of spinach (optional: can add any additional green veggies of your choice)
1 inch fresh ginger peeled
1 clove garlic
½ onion
1 tbsp turmeric (feel free to add more)
dash of black pepper to activate turmeric
sea salt + pepper (to your liking)
Blend all in a high-speed blender. Enjoy!
