- Weekly live group Zoom sessions with Christine (Week 1: 1 hour kick-off; 5 weekly 30-minute Zooms. All Zoom sessions will be available for replay, if you can’t make a live session.).
- Each Zoom session is aligned to the Module topics below with downloadable PDF notes. Q/A’s are part of every live session.

When you purchase the program, you’ll receive a welcome email including: Zoom invites for the 6 weeks. If you cannot make a Zoom, replays will be sent after the session. Calendar options to book your 1:1 Zoom coaching session during the week of March 18th. Module 1 materials and your online journal will be emailed to you on March 25th. Each module’s materials will be emailed weekly in advance of the Zoom sessions.
