Ingredients:
* 2 cups gluten-free flour @namastefoodsco (my favorite organic GF
flour!)
* 1 cup of organic pureed pumpkin
* 1/2 cup coconut or monkfruit sugar
* 1 tsp vanilla extract @simplyorganicfoods
* 1 tbsp cinnamon
* 2 tsp cardamon
* 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
* 2 tbsp nut milk @threetreesfoods
* 2 tbsp maple syrup
* 1/4 cup EVOO or coconut oil
* 2 eggs
* 3 tsp baking powder @bobsredmill
* 1 tsp baking soda @bobsredmill
* Sprinkle of sea salt
* Dark chocolate chips to your liking @hukitchen
* Optional: hemp, chia + flax seeds

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. line a loaf pan (we used a 9 inch) with parchment paper
  3. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl
  4. Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl
  5. Mix together the wet and dry ingredients and pour all into the lined
    pan
  6. Bake for 50-55 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool and ENJOY!
