This Cashew Cream Caesar Salad Dressing will make you eat more veggies! We do when we make it. It’s healthy, no oil, all real ingredients and so simple to make. Spread it on a salad, sandwich, dip your veggies in it and beyond!
When we were transitioning into a more plant based diet and going light on dairy, delicious healthy dressings helped paved the way for us (oh, and avocados!).
Enjoy the simple things!
*Use organic when possible
1 cup soaked raw organic cashews (soak in boiling water for 10 minutes)
1 juice lemon
½ cup filtered water
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 cloves garlic
Black Pepper and Himalayan Sea Salt to your liking
Soak cashews in boiling water for 10 minutes. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend away. If you want a less thick dressing, add more water.
