We love creative dips, marinades and dressings! They make an ordinary meal into something delicious and creative. They also help our kids (and us!) eat more veggies. You are also getting extra protein in this dressing with the nut butter. Gluten-free and vegan too.
It’s so good, you may want to double the recipe and store in the fridge for the week.
3 tsp nut butter (we love “Nutzo” brand)
Juice from 1 lemon
1 garlic clove
2 tbsp Bragg liquid aminos (soy sauce alternative) (http://bragg.com/products/bragg-liquid-aminos-soy-alternative.html)
3-4 tbsp water (depending on consistency you like)
1 tbsp EVOO
Sea salt and pepper
Mix all in a high-speed blender and ENJOY!
