We love creative dips, marinades and dressings! They make an ordinary meal into something delicious and creative. They also help our kids (and us!) eat more veggies. You are also getting extra protein in this dressing with the nut butter. Gluten-free and vegan too.

It’s so good, you may want to double the recipe and store in the fridge for the week.

Ingredients:

*Use organic

3 tsp nut butter (we love “Nutzo” brand)

Juice from 1 lemon

1 garlic clove (Or use 1/2 to 1 tsp to your liking of high quality garlic powder. Our favorite is a unique black garlic option called, “Black Crack” https://www.obisone.com/ecomm/product/black-crack. Literally, our favorite condiment and it has twice the antioxidants as raw garlic).

2 tbsp Bragg liquid aminos or tamari (soy sauce alternative) (http://bragg.com/products/bragg-liquid-aminos-soy-alternative.html)

3-4 tbsp water (depending on consistency you like)

1 tbsp EVOO

Sea salt and pepper

Directions:

Mix all in a high-speed blender and ENJOY! You can also use a garlic press, if using fresh garlic, and mix all the ingredients in a bowl or jar.
